By accessing or using TaleWave ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TaleWave is an AI-powered platform that allows users to create animated stories, including text generation, image creation, voice synthesis, and video production.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
  • One person may not maintain more than one account

4. Credits and Payments

  • Credits are purchased through our payment processor (Stripe)
  • Credits do not expire
  • Credits are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change credit pricing at any time

5. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of the stories and content you create using TaleWave. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Generated Content: Content generated by our AI tools is yours to use. However, similar content may be generated for other users given similar prompts.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
  • Generate content depicting minors inappropriately
  • Attempt to bypass content filters or safety measures
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Use the Service for spam or unauthorized commercial purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service

7. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, remove, or disable access to any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaleWave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or prominent notice on the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
